Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase of any product, feel free to return it within 30 days for a full refund. Postage and payment fees may apply. Rough Opals must be “untouched” and uncut to qualify for a refund. All cut stones will be inspected prior to refund being issued. Misuse is not covered by this guarantee.

Free aftersale service 

We offer a free re polishing service for any cut Opal from Dragon Eye Opals. This service is provided free of charge but does require postage to be paid by the customer. Set Opals are not subject to free re polish. Recut or reshaped Opals are not subject to free re polish. 

 Privacy Policy

Dragon Eye Opals adheres to the the Privacy act 1988 and will only use your personal information in regards to the purchase and marketing of our own products. Private information will not be shared with third parties.
